Download Assistance

• Click on the file link to start the download. A window will open asking if you want to 'run' or 'save' this program. Choose the option to save.
• Another window will open showing you the folders on your hard disk. It's easiest to save the file on your desktop.
• After the file has downloaded doubleclick the file icon to open it.
• If you are not able to open the downloaded file please install Adobe Reader to view, print and collaborate on pdf-files.
